hAt the moment when the economy is not so good I have been searching around for bargains. I am lucky enough to be earning well at the moment and so have decided to take advantage of the lowering prices and stock up on things that I need for the future. I have bought quite a few outfits for work and some presents for people whose birthdays are at the beginning of the year. I have even snapped up some discount costumes as I know that they are something that we will use and always buy new at Halloween, so while I saw them cheap I thought that I woudl get them and put them away for next year. I find it hard to find womens costumes and tend to get them whenever I see them and because they were cheap I thought I would get them now. I know that most people are probably holding onto their money, but lets face it, if we all do that then the recession will just go on for much longer. Until we start spending money, the shops will not recover and there will just be less money in circulation. I am certainly not encouraging spending for the sake of it and if you are in debt then you should be using your money to pay that off but if you do have a bit extra, why not treat yourself or buy things that will be useful in the future. While things are cheap it is definitely worth looking around. Do not buy too many things that you do not need but if you see useful things that are discounted then it is a good idea to get them now before they sell out, go back up in price or the shop goes out of business. Take advantage and have fun.
